Is the Basic plan a trial?
Woo hoo! FREE for as long as you like – just sign up – NO Credit Card required.
Is there a Trial Period?
On the Basic Plan you are FREE to use forever. On paid plans you can try the added features for 14 days and if not fully satisfied we will reimburse you the subscription cost.
How To Get Started With it?
See our Quick Start Guides in our documentation for simple instructions to get your going, and tutorials on how to use the product.
How many Devices can I use my subscription on?
Each subscription allows the Registered User to install a license on up to 5 devices in one location. Sharing of User Credentials and Licenses between Users is not allowed.
What if I have a Question?
Our FREE and STARTER plans can post questions to our Forums, or find our Tutorials online to do most common questions.
Can I Upgrade?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime you like. Your subscription will be pro rated for the period you used at the lower tier.
Can I Downgrade?
Yes, you can downgrade your subscription at anytime. Note, however your subscription will be charged at the Plan rate you signed up with for the period you signed up for (Monthly or Annual). When that period ends the new plan will begin.
Can I use with Excel, Sheets and Powerpoint?
Yes, you can use your subscription with all the applications supported by presopop. The only limitation is the number of devices, which is set at a maximum of 5 devices in one location.
